Time to Decorate!

I always love when it is time to transform the house to Christmas and make our fall tree into a Christmas tree.  This year it was us and the girls....except for Nathan in the very beginning before bed.  Nolan had already gone to bed.  It was nice to just have that special time with them.

I think this is the first year the girls really helped unpack ornament boxes.  Before it was just Mom and it took longer.  

Then the pictures started to get a little silly:

We all laughed when we saw one of the old family polar express pictures on the tree, I think from 2011, that had Alexa doing this face or close to it......we remember is was coined the "Lexie Face" or "Lex Look".  She did it all that weekend in most pictures, and did it for awhile after.

***I did just go back and find the link to 2011.  Totally laughing!  The "Lexie Face" or the "Lex Look" I called it really did show up in a few pictures.  Good times!
