Back to November for some of our Thanksgiving activities!

Kaylee had to decorate or disguise a turkey to hang up in her class room at school.

She made hers a astronaut on the moon!

Thanksgiving Day!

This year Ryan was working so we had a small Thanksgiving meal with my Mom.  We picked up some turkey at Fry's and I made a few sides.  In the afternoon we went to visit Ryan at the station.  The station he roved into that day decided not to do a Thanksgiving meal or we would have eaten with them.

That night we made turkey hand cookies. We traced the kids hands on paper to make a template and then used those to make our turkeys.  

2nd Thanksgiving!

On Friday we had our traditional big Thanksgiving meal when Ryan was home.  My sister's family and my Mom joined us.  

That morning the girls decorated the turkey hand cookies.
