More Vacation

I realized I had not taken any pictures from the stay at my Aunt's house, except the beach day, so the morning we were leaving to go to Disneyland I figure I better try and get some.

Kaylee was so excited to go to Disneyland she wanted to make her grand entrance to the hotel as Snow White! I love how Alexa is picking her nose in this picture, (she seems to be doing that a lot lately!)

I kept trying to get a picture of both the girls looking, and with no one picking their nose, but that was not going to happen. Lex was determined to give the pouty face that morning.

Beach Day

This year we drove over to one of the beaches in Malibu again. The weather was wonderful and in the high sixties low seventies!! Such a wonderful change from the horrible AZ summers. We were so glad my Aunt, Uncle, and Mom were able to join us!



Both girls loved the beach. I was wondering how Lex would react to all the sand but she loved it, and didn't eat too much! ;)


The waves were actually really big on this beach and the girls just kept wanting to run right in the water. They made me so nervous!

We packed a lunch and right after we ate Kaylee wasted no time before she started digging in the sand.

I love how the tags are still on the beach chairs that we bought last year. Usually that kind of stuff does not happen with the OCD in me! Now that I am writing this I am realizing that I still don't think they ever got taken off. I am going to have to go find them in the garage and cut them off!

CA Trip

Here are the excited girls all ready to go! For the first part of our trip we stayed at my Aunt and Uncle's house and enjoyed visiting with all of them and a beach day. Before we planned our trip my Mom had also made plans to be at my Aunt's house for a few weeks during the same time. It was nice we were able to go while she was also there. The next part of our trip we went to stay at Disneyland for a few days.

I wish I would have gotten a picture that showed the whole view of how packed up our car was. When Ryan was done we could barely see out the back window. We sure don't travel light anymore!

Don't forget us!

We are moving next month and Ryan had started boxing up some of the things in the garage. Of course the girls wanted to be packed up too! I am soooo dreading all the packing. :(

Catch up

I have been so bad at updating my blog in the last month I thought it was time for a post.

This is the main reason for my absence. I have been lost in here........



I have been reading the series. Sooo good!!! All my free time went right to reading. I would often find myself in bed at 8:00 or 8:30 just so I could give myself more time to stay up and read until 2:30 in the morning. I know it was a little obsessive, and crazy, but I was addicted! :)
